Return & Refund Policy

At JoyHub Toys Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product you’ve received, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 24 Hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are used, washed, or altered.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Toys purchased under clearance or special discounts (unless defective).

2. How to Request a Return

Provide the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item (in case of damage or defect)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.


3. Pickup & Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange a pickup through our logistics partner.
  • In areas where pickup isn’t available, we may ask you to courier the item and share the receipt. Shipping costs will be reimbursed if the return is approved.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, we may request your bank details to process the refund.

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may also request a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
