Return & Refund Policy
At JoyHub Toys Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product you’ve received, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 24 Hours of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that are used, washed, or altered.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Toys purchased under clearance or special discounts (unless defective).
2. How to Request a Return

Provide the following details:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (in case of damage or defect)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
3. Pickup & Return Shipping
- For eligible returns, we will arrange a pickup through our logistics partner.
- In areas where pickup isn’t available, we may ask you to courier the item and share the receipt. Shipping costs will be reimbursed if the return is approved.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of COD orders, we may request your bank details to process the refund.
5. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may also request a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
